NRL Immortal Andrew Johns has laid out his blueprint for how New South Wales can claim victory in the upcoming State of Origin decider, pointing to wet weather conditions and the physical attributes of the Blues' outside backs as key factors in their favour.

Speaking on his Immortal Behaviour podcast alongside co-host Danika, Johns explained that the forecast wet weather ahead of Game 3 is expected to suit the Blues' style of play, and that NSW could look to exploit the height advantage of their wingers as a tactical weapon.

Johns also identified limiting the influence of Queensland halfback Sam Walker as a critical priority if New South Wales is to secure the series win.
